What impressed me most was that they didn't just build something and leave me dependent on them. They showed me how everything worked and taught me enough that I'm now finding new ways to use AI on my own.
Our Story
A father and his sons. Two generations, one practice.
The name carries a deliberate double weight. "Gen" does double duty — Generational, a father and his sons working side by side, and Generative, the technology at the center of everything we do. "Two Minds" points the same way: human intelligence and artificial intelligence, brought into the same conversation. The real work happens where they meet.
For us, the practice is less about where we started and more about the gap we keep seeing: the gap between what AI can do and what people actually feel comfortable using. One side of the work brings the judgment that comes from watching technologies come and go. The other brings the fluency of living inside the new tools as they change month to month.
We keep landing in the same place. The technology isn't the hard part anymore. The hard part is the bridge between people and the tools — and bridging generations turns out to be the exact same skill as bridging someone to something new.
That's the whole company. You get both generations in every engagement: the patience to sit with you until it makes sense, and the currency to know what's worth your time in the first place. It's a family team, and it works the way a good family conversation works — honest, unhurried, and on your side.
Human intelligence and artificial intelligence, brought into the same conversation — the real work happens where they meet.
Generative — the technology at the center of everything we do. Generational — a father and his sons, bridging legacy know-how and next-generation fluency.
Two ways of thinking: the judgment that comes from experience, and the fresh perspective that comes from living inside the tools as they change.
One generation brings
Experience & judgment
Decades of knowing how people and businesses actually work — where the friction lives, why good ideas stall, and how to explain something without making anyone feel small.
The other brings
Fluency & fresh perspective
Daily hands in the new tools, tracking what genuinely helps this month versus what's just noise — so nothing we teach you is already out of date.
